We confirm the spec
An application engineer reviews and either confirms feasibility or proposes an equivalent grade if the original isn't optimal. We'll flag anything we'd push back on before quoting.
Quote within 24 hours
You receive a written quote with unit price, MOQ, lead time, packaging and Incoterms. Quote validity is typically 30 days.
Sample, then production
For new programmes we ship samples first. Once approved, full production starts — typical 3–7 days for stocked grades, 3–6 weeks for custom orders.

What information should I include in my enquiry?
For the fastest quote, include: (a) required grade or hardness (Soft / Medium / Hard / Extra Hard); (b) thickness in mm; (c) density in g/cm³ if known; (d) dimensions (sheet, roll, or part); (e) colour; (f) quantity; (g) target application; (h) any relevant standards (SAE, DIN, ASTM, BSI, IS). A drawing always helps.
How long do quotes take?
Standard-grade enquiries get a written quote within 24 business hours. Complex custom-component enquiries (requiring drawing review, tooling design or recipe development) may take 2–3 business days — we'll tell you upfront which bucket your enquiry falls into.
Do you accept small orders?
For stocked grades we ship from a single roll. For custom rolls / custom dye lots MOQ is typically 100–500 kg. For die-cut components MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces. Samples are always free for qualified OEM enquiries.
Do you offer export documentation?
Yes — every export shipment includes complete commercial paperwork: invoice, packing list, COC, COO, ISO 9001 quality certificate, HS-code documentation, and any additional test reports your destination requires. We handle FOB Mumbai/Mundra or CIF to your port.
